Many many apologies for falling so badly behind with my blog posts. The last months have been full with wedding planning, the wedding itself, honeymooning and moving house. I promise to get back up-to-date very shortly!
iced specialises in making bespoke wedding cakes, party cakes, cupcakes and cookies. We also organise afternoon tea parties providing delectable cakes and sandwiches served on beautiful antique mismatched porcelain.
We are truly passionate about cake! It is so important that our cakes not only look beautiful but that they taste scrumptious too! We use locally sourced, organic ingredients as far as possible and we love to design new recipes.
Hannah works closely with clients to design cakes which fit perfectly with the design elements and the colour palate of their wedding, party or event to create a truly bespoke cake.
I was born in Wales and spent half of my formative years in Wales and half in Belgium. I studied English Literature at University and afterwards moved to London to work at an international consultancy company where I could use my languages. I left my job to pursue my passion, and trained as a chef de patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Academy in London. After a time working at a michelin starred restaurant / tea parlour in London I decided to establish iced.
