This romantic cake is inspired by the vintage rose corsages which adorn its sides, I used different royal icing piping patterns in very pale pink royal icing to give depth, texture and prettyness to the cake! The piped work was then brushed with pearlescent powder to give a little shimmer and sparkle.
This cake will be featured as part of our display in the window of High Society Bridal in Cowbridge this weekend as part of Cowbridge Food Festival.
