I was asked to design and make a set of Elephant cookies to accompany the lovely birthday gift of an Elephant adoption. What fun I had making these! All of the vanilla cookies were iced in pale blue icing with sparkly pink ears and sparkly green eyes. One cookie had the name of the adopted elephant emblazoned on the elephant's sign; the others simply stated 'Happy Birthday'!
Thank you so much for making these Hannah - my mum absolutely loved them and so did everyone who got to eat one :) I'll see you soon for more cookies...
